This week at Forest School...
Unfortunately we couldn't go to the forest this week as we are waiting for the tree surgeon to come and make some trees safe after the high winds we have been having.
However- we do have our lovely Rodings Hedge School on the field , so we went there instead!
We started by looking closely at a real bird's nest, and then had a go at making our own! Some of us even challenged ourselves to try to make a nest using only our beaks! (A clothes peg) It was quite tricky and we all agreed how clever birds are to be able to do this! We then made some pine cone bird feeders and put these up all around the field.
